Mayor Calls For Inclusive Neighborhood Schools Mayor Boyko Borissov initiated the project, called "Integrated Teaching of Children in Public Schools -- Going to School Together", on Tuesday, according to the Sofia Weekly news service. The project was created to make sure every neighborhood in the city of 1.2 million people has at least one school that is accessible to students with disabilities, so they can learn with their peers.
