Brian Jenson: I expect them to be kind, courteous, respectful. I expect them to greet me every morning, to pat me on the back when, and to have them tell me, "Hey, Brian, you're doing a good job. Keep... Keep it up." I'd... I'd rather come to a place where I'm wanted.
I want to be treated equally. I want to be treated with respect, with dignity. I want... I don't want anybody to make me feel bad and… Don't judge, and I want them to not make them judge me about... about who I am.
