Pamela Hoopes: Another good feature of the Injunctive Relief is the provision in the Settlement Agreement that allows for access, in a monitoring sense, of agencies that were involved in the initial investigations including the Ombudsman's Office and the MDLC, as well as plaintiff's counsel.
