In October 1996, the Minnesota Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities celebrated its 25th. Anniversary. This two volume CD-ROM was produced to preserve in a usable and educational format, the history of people with disabilities and the Council's history.

Parallels in Time traces present attitudes and the treatment of people with developmental disabilities and supplements the first weekend session of Partners in Policymaking®.

The Learning Center is a collection of State Plans, policy papers, studies, reports, curriculum modules, publications, and briefing booklets, and other documents produced by the Council during its twenty-five year history.

PC Requirements:
x86-based personal computer (386, 486, Pentium or Pentium Pro recommended); Microsoft Windows 3.1, Microsoft Windows for Workgroups, Windows 95, NT 3.51 or 4.0; 4MB application RAM- 5MB hard disk space, plus 7 MB additional temporary disk space available during installation.

Macintosh Requirements:
Macintosh computer with 68020 (Macintosh II series) or greater processor (including all Power Macintosh computers) MacOS 7.0 or later; 4 MB application RAM for 680x0-based Macintosh or Power Macintosh with Virtual Memory turned off; 8MB hard disk space plus 4.4 MB additional temporary disk space available during installation.
