You should know that the information you provide (name, address, phone number, email address, information about your family situation) is all public according to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13. Because the information is public, we must give access to, or provide a copy of, anything you have provided to us if someone makes a request.

We do not advertise the availability of the data about you nor do we offer it for sale or other distribution. We keep the data for an indefinite period of time.
