Council Meeting Schedule
The Minnesota Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities (GCDD) meets on the first Wednesday of the even-numbered months at the Continuing Education and Conference Center, University of Minnesota, St. Paul Campus, 1890 Buford Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota 55108. Meetings are from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The meeting schedule for FFY 2010 is as follows:

Under provisions of the Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act (P.L. 106-402), the GCDD’s business — information, education, and training — is intended to increase the independence, productivity, self determination, integration and inclusion of people with developmental disabilities and their families in the community.
